1. Production Processing Times: Because our magnets are custom-made, all orders require a dedicated production window before they are handed over to the courier. Standard production time is 2–4 business days, peak seasons & holidays 4–7 business days. Please note: Production times do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping charges for your order are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. Standard Shipping with Australia Post $9.95 with estimated delivery within 7–14 business days. Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $45. (Perfect for our 12-magnet bundle!) Note: Delivery windows are estimates provided by postal carriers and are not strictly guaranteed.
3. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages: Turn It Magnetic is not liable for transit delays caused by the postal carrier, incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout, or stolen packages after marked delivery. If your magnets arrive physically damaged due to transit issues, please contact us via email at turnitmagnetic@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can fast-track a free replacement for you.
4. International Shipping: We currently only ship to addresses within Australia.
